Platform

One system for every vendor, every document, every score

VendMetric replaces the spreadsheet-and-email routine with one live record per vendor: built to answer decisions, not just store files.

Vendor directory

Every vendor, scored the same way

See compliance status, risk level, and Vendor Intelligence Score for your entire portfolio at a glance. Filter by category, owner, or status. No more separate spreadsheets per department.

Extraction of a certificate of insurance with a Compliance Radar anomaly flag
A real certificate of insurance read by our AI: dates, issuer, policy number, and coverage extracted automatically, with anything off flagged before a reviewer opens it.

AI document extraction

Upload a document. Get structured data back in seconds.

Certificates of insurance, W-9s, licenses, and safety certifications are read automatically: expiration dates, coverage amounts, policy numbers, and vendor names are extracted without anyone re-typing a single field.

Compliance Radar has your back on the rest: it checks every document against your policy and flags anything that needs a second look, before a reviewer ever opens the file. It flags; you decide.

See it in action

Turn a vendor contract into requirements

Your requirements already live in your contracts. Upload an MSA, an insurance addendum, or a statement of work, and VendMetric turns it into ready-to-use compliance rules for that vendor.

You review and confirm before anything goes live across your vendor base. Setup that used to take an afternoon takes a few minutes.

Procurement+

The award behind the record

Every vendor already has a compliance record here. Procurement+ turns that same record into the substrate for the whole award: requisitions routed by dollar amount, sealed or open solicitations, a committee rubric, and a decision that a protest, an auditor, or a losing bidder can all examine and find defensible.

An award becomes a contract without anyone retyping it, and its compliance obligations are read live from the same engine that already tracks the vendor's documents, never a status someone forgets to update.

Vendor Intelligence Score

A single number. Fully explained.

VIS™ never appears without its reasoning. Every score change shows the contributing factors (an expiring certificate, a rejected document, an outstanding request) and what to do about each one.

Scoring weights are configurable per organization, so a hospital system and a logistics company can each define what "compliant" means to them.

Executive analytics

Portfolio health, without opening a spreadsheet

A dedicated executive view tracks your average VIS™ over time, risk distribution across your vendor base, and your top strategic vendors alongside your watchlist: the questions leadership actually asks.

Warranty & coverage tracking

Warranty expirations, caught months early

Vendors hand you warranties on equipment, installations, and service agreements, and then the expiration dates live in a spreadsheet nobody checks. VendMetric tracks each warranty by its reference, what it covers, and when it ends, with reminders at 90, 60, 30, and 7 days: enough runway to renew, claim, or replace before coverage lapses.

  • Add warranties by hand, extract them from the warranty document, or pull them straight out of a scanned contract or SOW.
  • Tracked separately from compliance: a warranty is coverage you hold, so it never affects a vendor's score.
  • Expiring coverage surfaces in your daily queue alongside expiring documents.

Included on Professional and Enterprise plans.

Mobile vendor portal

Your vendors respond from the field, not a desk

Vendors get a mobile portal that shows exactly what you need and what's expiring, then lets them upload it on the spot. They can photograph a certificate straight from their phone and VendMetric reads it automatically.

  • No app to install and no logins to track down: vendors join from an emailed invite.
  • Their Vendor Intelligence Score and next action, front and center.
  • Photograph a document and the expiration date is extracted for you.

Vendor passport

One passport, reused with every buyer

A vendor fills in their business details and builds their compliance record once. When another buyer invites them, their passport is already there: the same account, the same documents, no starting over. Each buyer still requests and approves their own documents, so nothing moves between buyers without the vendor choosing to share it.

  • One account across every buyer a vendor works with, gated by a verified email.
  • Vendors reuse a document with a new buyer instead of re-sending it, only when they consent to share it.
  • Vendors can invite their own buyers, so onboarding can start from their side too.

More than fits on a price card

These come with every plan. Most teams meet them as they go, the day a real situation calls for one.

Different vendors, different rules

Define exactly which documents each vendor category needs: Construction vendors need OSHA certs, IT vendors need SOC 2 reports.

Waive a rule without losing the trail

Waive a requirement with a mandatory written justification. Every exception is fully audited and reversible.

Hand an auditor everything at once

Generate a complete, exportable audit package for any vendor: documents, decisions, and history, ready for an auditor.

Renewals that run themselves

Configurable reminder thresholds notify vendors before documents expire, and notify your team when they don't respond.

Vendors serve themselves

Vendors get their own secure portal to upload documents and track their own compliance status, no email chains required.

A record no one can quietly change

Every action (invitation, upload, approval, exception, override) is permanently logged with who, what, and when.

Ask questions, get real answers

Ask VendMetric anything about your portfolio in plain English. It reads your live data and answers; it never writes anything or acts on its own.

Every expiration, one screen

See every document and warranty across your whole portfolio at once, bucketed by urgency: expired, 7, 30, 60, or 90 days out.

Set the triggers that matter to you

Encode your own vendor policy, like "no SOC 2 and stores PHI" raising a flag automatically. Flags are advisory: they never change a score, and they never override a hard compliance block.

Audit-ready, on demand

Every vendor's compliance history in one export

When an auditor asks, generate a complete package for any vendor: current compliance status, every required document with its expiration and reviewer, any documented exceptions, and the full VIS™ history, all in one PDF.
