For Vendors
One compliance profile. Every customer.
Sign up free, add your certificates of insurance, W-9s, and licenses once, and reuse them with every customer who works with VendMetric. Free forever for vendors; working with your customers never needs a payment card.
Free for vendors. Always.
Your customer pays for VendMetric. You never will. That is a promise, not a trial:
- ✓Your vendor portal is free, with no per-seat cost.
- ✓Uploading, updating, and renewing documents is free.
- ✓Reusing a verified document for another customer is free.
- ✓Responding to your customers' requests will always be free.
There is exactly one optional paid add-on, the Vendor Passport, explained in full below. Everything above stays free whether or not you ever buy it.
Is this legitimate?
Fair question; compliance emails attract impostors. VendMetric is the vendor compliance platform your customer subscribes to. Real invitation links always point to app.vendmetric.com, and the invitation names the customer who sent it. Unsure? Call your contact at that customer and ask, or write to support@vendmetric.com.
See it in action
What you actually see when a document doesn't pass
Most vendor portals reject you into silence. VendMetric shows you the exact reason, the minimum coverage your customer needs before you upload, and a one-page packet you can hand your insurance broker so the next certificate is right the first time.

What to do
Three steps, then it runs itself
01
Click your invitation
Your customer sent you a secure link by email. It creates your account for the email address they invited. No access code, nothing to install.
02
Add your documents
Upload a PDF, or photograph the certificate straight from your phone. Our AI reads the dates and coverage so you never re-type anything, and tells you in plain language if something looks short of what your customer asked for, before you submit. Your customer reviews and approves it.
03
Stay current, automatically
You get reminders before anything expires, typically 30, 14, 7, and 1 day out (your customer sets the cadence). Upload the renewal and you stay approved for work. No more surprise phone calls.
One account, every customer
Verify once. Stop repeating yourself.
If you serve several companies, you know the routine: the same insurance certificate, emailed to five different customers, five different ways. Retyped, that's an afternoon per customer, every renewal, every year. On VendMetric it's fifteen minutes once. You keep one account, and when another customer joins, they connect to the profile you already have.
Better: a document one customer has already verified can be shared to another customer in one tap. You choose what to share and with whom; nothing moves without your say-so. Each customer still reviews it against their own requirements.
Compliance stops being paperwork you repeat, and becomes a credential you carry.

Invite your own customers
Already using VendMetric with someone else? Bring the next one.
If a company you work with isn't on VendMetric yet, invite them yourself from your portal. Your invitation names you as the vendor who sent it, and the moment they join, your profile is already there, ready to connect, with nothing to re-upload.
Inviting a customer is free, same as everything else here. It never obligates them to anything, and it never costs you a thing either way.
The one paid option
Vendor Passport — $199/year
Everything above is free forever. The Passport is for vendors who have reached the point where being verified over and over, by every new customer, has become its own job. It runs your business checks once, keeps them current, and carries them to every customer you work with, so verification stops being the thing that holds up the start of work.
Verified once, not per customer
Your business registration is confirmed with the Secretary of State and you're screened against sanctions, PEP, and watchlist sources. Every customer you work with sees the same result, with the date and the source, instead of each one starting from zero. The more customers you have, the more that compounds.
Kept current without you doing anything
Your checks are kept current automatically, so your record never quietly ages out between jobs. If a check ever comes back adverse, you are told first and shown what was found, before it goes anywhere else.
A link you can send anyone
Publish a public page showing your confirmed facts, and send it to a prospect who has never heard of VendMetric. No account needed to view it. It shows verified facts only, never your documents and never your customer relationships, and you can switch it off at any time.
What it is not
A Passport is never required to work with anyone, and not having one is never held against you. It does not buy compliance: if a certificate expires, you are out of compliance with that customer whether or not you hold one. And it never gates responding to a customer, which is free with or without it. If you stop paying, the checks already on your record stay visible with the date they were run; they simply stop being refreshed.
Your data
Built like your documents matter, because they do
Your documents stay yours
Files are stored encrypted and are visible only to you and the customer who requested them. Nothing is public.
Never used to train AI
Our AI reads your documents to extract dates and coverage. Your documents are never used to train AI models, and they are never used for our product development either.
Isolated by design
Every customer's workspace is isolated, and that isolation is covered by automated tests that run on every code change.
The full picture lives on our security page and subprocessor list.
Common questions
I lost my invitation email.
Ask your contact at the customer to resend it from VendMetric. Invitations expire after 14 days, and a resend takes them one click.
Two of my customers both use VendMetric. Two accounts?
No. One account, one login. When a second customer invites the same email address, VendMetric recognizes you and adds them to your existing account. You pick which customer you are working with after signing in.
Who do I contact for help?
Your first stop is your customer contact, since requirements are theirs. For anything about the platform itself, write to support@vendmetric.com.
Your invitation is waiting in your email
Click the link from your customer to activate your free portal. If it expired, ask them to resend it; it takes one click on their side.
